Kenneth N. Ross, CFA

Ken is President, Chief Investment Officer, and co-owner of Eagle Capital Management, LLC. He is a native New Orleanian who earned both his Bachelor of Science undergraduate degree in Management and Master of Business Administration graduate degree from the University of New Orleans. 

 

Upon graduation, Ken joined Entergy Corporation where he oversaw the firm's $500 million retirement assets and managed the corporation's $900 million investment portfolio over his nine year tenure. 

 

In 1990, Ken began working with JMC Capital Management. While there, for nearly a decade his primary responsibilities included serving on the firm's Investment Committee, spear-heading the firm's creation and implementation of its large-capitalization domestic equity portfolios, and managing client accounts.

As one of the founding-members in 2000, Ken established Eagle Capital Management.

 

Ken is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He is a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research. Throughout his career he has contributed to several publications, including the Wall Street Transcript, City Business, and the Times Picayune.

Eric V. Maxwell

Eric is Senior Vice President and co-owner of Eagle Capital Management, LLC. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Michael F. Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma. 

Upon graduation in 1997, Eric was recruited by Rayonier Inc., a forest products company in Jacksonville, Florida, to implement and manage a company-wide human resource information system. Over his eight years with Rayonier, he continued to take on additional responsibilities within the functions of compensation, employee relations, benefits, and talent management. 

In 2005, Eric became Global Human Resource Manager for BearingPoint Inc., a management and technology consulting firm located in McLean, Virginia. Over his two year tenure, he redesigned and implemented human resource processes in over 40 countries. As a result, Eric was credited with reducing the company’s annual operating costs by several million dollars. 

Prior to joining Eagle Capital Management in 2011, Eric was Director of Compensation and Human Resource Systems for IAP Worldwide Services Inc., a government contractor located in Cape Canaveral, Florida. While at IAP, his primary responsibilities included working with the Compensation Committee, developing a world-class informational system for human resources and defining compensation practices to ensure governmental compliance for the company’s 7,000 employees.
