Michael W. Rohm
Mike is President, Chief Investment Officer, and co-owner of Eagle Capital Management, LLC. Born in New Orleans, Mike received his formal education in Louisiana schools, including earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Louisiana State University. Immediately upon graduation, the Chrysler Corporation in Detroit, Michigan hired Mike in 1970. There, he held several Treasury positions and was manager of Chrysler's $1.5 billion pension fund before leaving in 1979. While working at Chrysler Corporation, Mike studied at the University of Detroit where he earned a Master of Business Administration degree.
In 1979, McDermott International hired Mike to manage their $700 million employee benefit funds. In 1982, Entergy Corporation sought and hired Mike to manage the firm's $500 million pension funds and $900 million of the corporation's investment portfolio. By 1989, he was hired as Senior Vice-President of JMC Capital Management and served there until forming Eagle Capital Management with his former Entergy and JMC colleague, Ken Ross.
Mike, over the years, has been called upon as a speaker on various pension and investment topics. Mike has taught Investments at Tulane University in the evenings. He has contributed to many publications, including City Business, The Times Picayune, and others, and has been quoted by Bloomberg and has been interviewed on radio broadcasts and television.
Kenneth N. Ross, CFA
Ken is Executive Vice-President and co-owner of Eagle Capital Management, LLC. He is a native New Orleanian who earned both his Bachelor of Science undergraduate degree in Management and Master of Business Administration graduate degree from the University of New Orleans.
Upon graduation, Ken joined Mike Rohm at Entergy Corporation where he oversaw the firm's $500 million retirement assets and managed the corporation's $900 million investment portfolio over his nine year tenure.
In 1990, Ken began working with JMC Capital Management. While there, for nearly a decade his primary responsibilities included serving on the firm's Investment Committee, spear-heading the firm's creation and implementation of its large-capitalization domestic equity portfolios, and managing client accounts.
Ken is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He is a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research. Throughout his career he has contributed to several publications, including the Wall Street Transcript, City Business, and the Times Picayune.
Eric V. Maxwell
Eric is Senior Vice President and co-owner of Eagle Capital Management, LLC. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Michael F. Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma.
Upon graduation in 1997, Eric was recruited by Rayonier Inc., a forest products company in Jacksonville, Florida, to implement and manage a company-wide human resource information system. Over his eight years with Rayonier, he continued to take on additional responsibilities within the functions of compensation, employee relations, benefits, and talent management.
In 2005, Eric became Global Human Resource Manager for BearingPoint Inc., a management and technology consulting firm located in McLean, Virginia. Over his two year tenure, he redesigned and implemented human resource processes in over 40 countries. As a result, Eric was credited with reducing the company’s annual operating costs by several million dollars.
Prior to joining Eagle Capital Management in 2011, Eric was Director of Compensation and Human Resource Systems for IAP Worldwide Services Inc., a government contractor located in Cape Canaveral, Florida. While at IAP, his primary responsibilities included working with the Compensation Committee, developing a world-class informational system for human resources and defining compensation practices to ensure governmental compliance for the company’s 7,000 employees.
Bridget A. Rohm
Bridget is Assistant Vice President of Eagle Capital Management, LLC. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
After proudly serving in the United States Air Force, in 1997 Bridget began her 16 year tenure with Bank of America, N.A., which is the second largest bank holding company in the United States. She began in Jacksonville, Florida as a Personal Banker and was promoted over the years by the bank into their Global Wealth and Investment Management group. There, she focused on client support, operations, and wealth management.
Bridget was selected to participate in Bank of America's Operations Management Associate Program where she led several cost reduction and revenue expansion initiatives. Bridget also earned the prestigious Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification while in the bank's Global Treasury Solutions group. There, she brought about Treasury Management process improvements and refined business controls for managing risk exposure.
Promoted by Bank of America to Phoenix, Arizona, Bridget led multi-million dollar initiatives to redesign and implement a new Customer Relationship Management tool for 1,200 users and the technology enhancements for her organization which strengthened their compliance with governmental regulations.
